Carolina Classic Trucks Inc. - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Neither Carolina Classic Trucks nor any affiliated manufacturers will be liable for any loss, damage, or injury, either direct or indirect, arising from the use or inability to determine the appropriate use of any product. In the connection, the user assumes all responsibility and risk. The purchaser understands and recognizes that off-road parts, specialized off-road equipment, and all parts and services sold by Carolina Classic Trucks are exposed to many and varied conditions due to the manner in which they are installed and used.

INDEMNITY/HOLD HARMLESS. Customer agrees to hold harmless Carolina Classic Trucks from and against any and all liability claims, judgments, attorneys' fees and costs, of every kind and nature, including but not limited to injuries or death to persons and damage to property, arising out of the use of parts and accessories sold by Carolina Classic Trucks.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK/RELEASE � DISCHARGE OF LIABILITY. Customer is fully aware and acknowledges there is a risk of injury or damage arising out of the use of non-OEM/DOT parts and accessories and hereby elects to voluntarily use these parts and accessories and assume all of the above risks of injury or damage. Customer agrees to release and discharge Carolina Classic Trucks from any and all responsibility or liability from such injury or damage arising out of the use any part or accessory sold by Carolina Classic Trucks. Customer further agrees to waive, release, and discharge any and all claims for injury or damage against Carolina Classic Trucks which customer otherwise may be entitled to assert.
